Picture/Physical Description; A tall, powerful dog, Salome is pack-full of muscle; this strong sinew ripples when she moves in her graceful gaits, and her sturdy, long limbs carry her with ease. When in movement, instead of plodding across the dark turf, she seems to float. That can be considered an oddity, however, for she is massive, and normally, one of her state would lumber or trod rather than fly. Salome's long, cord-like tail tip just barely whisks against the loam. A rarity among her breed, this great dane's ears are unclipped and hang naturally from her thick, block-shaped head. Her muzzle is similar to her actual cranium in many ways, for it too is very thick and not especially long. A broad, deep chest, and sloping back which tapers off to her tail compliment this bitch nicely.
Salome is not particularly colorful when it comes to her coat. A dull black-gray, it blends with shadows with ease. There is no other shade of black or gray or white or brown or any color, for that matter, existing in her pigment. However, even if she may seems bland, Salome has an astounding blast of color when it comes to her round, almond-shaped eyes. They are hued two different colors, odd enough - one a light, frothy golden, and the other a crisp, ice-toned blue. They can pierce even the most stubborn foes easily most of the time; they seem to radiate her very personality and essence to a full extent.
Personality; Loyal to no end and trustworthy, Salome is the type of dog that you can depend on. She is hard-working and always tries her hardest; she is positive for the most part, and always open to new ideas. Tender-hearted although strong, she does not let others get her down easily. She completely refuses failure -- in fact, 'impossible,' 'failure,' and 'lose' are not in her vocabulary. Perhaps a bit over competitive, Salome tries to mediate herself and succeeds. Usually she is very calm and collected; but, still, outgoing and friendly. She is a 'warrior' at heart; she wants to fight the good fight. Salome would never betray a friend, either; she would rather die than backstab someone she loved.
Salome may be coming off as perfect. However, this presumption would be wrong. She has an overpowering fear of lightning; this is not uncommon, although, she has a bad case of phobia of it. In thunderstorms, she completely loses it all; her cool, her calmness, her rationality all parishes. But, luckily, Salome works well under pressure; if this dutiful bitch ever had a task to be accomplished, she would do it with no complaints. Salome does not care for bloodshed; although, she does not hesitate to attack if defending herself, her pack, or, if she was just majorly offended. Her temperament does not flare for the most part. Usually, Salome is as cool as a cucumber.
